PORTLAND — December 11, 2007 — Ensequence, the interactive television company, today announced the appointment of Wayne Graham as chief financial officer. Graham, a media and telecom industry veteran, will report to Dalen Harrison, chief executive officer.

Graham has more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He was most recently chief financial officer of Local Insight Media, the fifth largest yellow page publisher in the United States. While there, he was instrumental in establishing the financial processes for a new enterprise and successfully completing key strategic transactions.

Prior to his position with Local Insight
Media, Graham was chief financial officer of ACS Media, and was also
co-founder of Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc (NASDAQ:ALSK).
He also held senior positions with Integra Telecom and Pacific Telecom
following his tenure at KPMG. Graham holds a bachelor's degree from
Georgetown University and a master’s of business administration from
the University of Washington.
